Demand a Change in Indianas state Labor laws that are flawed and Unethical

As a society we already have households where holding down multiple jobs at once or in many cases both parents haveing to work is a reguler normal only just to be able to afford to get by on a daily basis. The state of Indiana decided to take it upon themselves to make that normality even more difficult and dangouresly exhausting to every household in Indiana by making breaks a component option instead of an ethical employee right! Most barely get by on little to no sleep due to already having to work long hours without breaks to be able to maintain basic human necessities. Because of this, companies are taking advantage of the fact they can work any employee like a work horse and not have any legal ramifications. Some even go as far as making threats to fire an individual if even they take to many trips to the restroom because by law they do NOT have to permit it. It is a 'do it on your own time when you clock out 9 hrs later' attitude. This action taken by the state of Indiana has caused some employers to take full advantage of the fact the can LEGALLY treat their employers in an unethical way without faceing any consequences. We as the mass majority of the poor, the middle class and just your average every day hard working American citizen Must demand action! We need to stand together and show our state representives that to back the people of this state when it comes to the health and safety of the people of Indiana should be An Absolute priority! Please friends and hard working Americans stand with me and help me make our state representives see that mandatory breaks for everyone isn't just a want it is a necessity and a matter of physical and mental safety for all residents in the state of Indiana! If the representatives want our continued support as the mass majority to which they make decisions on our behalf then they need to show us that the general well being of the people that they took an OATH to represent and protect matter indefinitely and are of high priority! Thank you and let's make this change not for the few but for us all and for generations that are still to come!
