Petition to Stop Child Support

This petition is being developed as a means to increase the opposition to unfair child support practices and enforcement procedures that are enforced by an unfair system that is ill managed and violates many of our civil rights and also alienates fathers and mothers from their children in most cases. Often times the Child Support never reaches the children and in more cases then 1 it goes to line the Custodial Parents pockets and those whom collect the Support we believe this to be unfair and also unethical and it confirms that child support is not regulated often times spent not even on the child if the core principlaes of collecting child support was to see that a child is supported and these ill practices are occurring then the lase governing child support need to be revised and or eliminated. Again this petition is being brought forward to impress on our government leaders to STOP Child Support and the laws governing it as their are improper abuses and greed that are involved and until such time as their is proper legislation introduced protecting children parents and Custodial and Non Custodial parents from these abuses the laws governing Child Support will continue to be violated and abuses will continue and our children will suffer what is that we all intially thought was important that our children receive support from the people who love them the most
