STOP THE MOTORIZED RACES AT THE OLD AIRPORT RUNWAY

~ motorcycle and automobile races are extremely noisy 
~ the noise level generated even by just one unit is already way beyond the normal legal limits, how much more with 2 or more evving at the same time
 ~ race tracks should be built outside of city limits away from heavy populated residences
