America Awakening- 1%sales Tax/gallon of gas saves millions of Animals lives

If we "Americans," added a "One Red Cent Tax" for every gallon of gasoline we pump. That money will save millions of animals lives by providing- better Veterinarian care for all animal shelters, provide adequate food, more "No Kill Shelters" and critically needed jobs: promoting animal health, safety, socialization, and rescues. Jobs, Jobs, Jobs for America! This revenue will provide the necessary income for the" Pet Mobile Clinics" to spay and neuter domestic pets (for free) reducing the overflow of animal population in all of our communities. We as Americans need to set a New Standard for animal shelters, pet rescue organizations and our communities.Such funding would provide higher standards of animal care and financial support. Each country is judged by its treatment of animals. WE know we can do better so lets get it done!
