Movement to call people peach and brown instead of black and white

Black and white are polar opposites and create an "us and them" mentality. If we simply refer to people as their real skin tones when talking about race, much of this would go away. Furthermore, black and white makes it sound like the issue of race is 'black and white.' This should not be how we think of this or any issue.
