Building a Youth Centre underneath Orion House is dangerous to Health

Residents of Orion House should be aware of the fact that building this centre will be extended to the children play ground area. Furthermore, people will hire the halls for Social functions and the youths will be in and out of the hall leading to the increase of antisocial behavior.
