Family and Friends, We need your Support and Prayers! : An Open Letter to - Commonwealth Atty, Greg Underwood, On Sunday, June 11, 2017, you appeared before our congregation urging our voter support of your candidacy for re-election based on the merits of your service to the community and your integrity in office. I did support your re-election. I'm asking your support for My Family, MESSIAH JOHNSON. About 20 yrs ago he was "FALSELY" accused and " WRONGFULLY" convicted of a Beauty Salon robbery and " UNJUSTLY" sentenced to (132 years) in Prison for a Crime that he is " Totally Innocent" About 5yrs ago, The UVA School of Law Innocence Project took to investigating his case. Through numerous hours of research and conducting personal interviews locally, they uncovered the " TRUE" perpetrators of the crime, and interviewed the assailants and obtained a sworn affidavit from the " TRUE" regarding his involvement in the crime. It has been more than (3) years since State and City of Norfolk have " KNOWN" of the injustice and continue to " Imprison" an " INNOCENT" ( MESSIAH JOHNSON) " UNJUSTLY" and have " DELAYED" his " WRONGFUL CONVICTION" to be heard in courts because of Procedural Bureaucracy!!!!
