Banned the carrage and horse rides in the city of Chicago

Horse and Carriage is not safe in the city in Chicago. There has been to many incidents, and people getting hurt by it. or dead. The horses should live out their lives in a field with other horses to live out their lives. Not to be pulling a carriage and people around the city....So please stop this from happening ever again. Banned the Horse and Carriage........Thank you
