Honest Justice / Wrongfully accused

A young man was dating a young lady of age. While dating he smacked the young lady on her rear end. and they charge him as a Sex offender. When the system placed him on Probation. He was near a pool when a little girl was in serious distress while swimming with no hesitating he jump into the water to save the little girl. the system then violated his probation.
MY CONCERN: the punishment does not fit the crime.
A SOLUTION: Our State needs to have better vetting for cases such as this. Along with a different form of violations and or punishment laws.
