Hefty prison sentence for Zhaoqing Anderson Crane Truck Driver who Dragged Puppy Behind His Vehicle!

This footage was shot by a driver near a train station in Zhaoqing, on a Taiwan city road, who came across this Anderson crane truck, dragging a screaming, crying puppy. The witness attempted to communicate with the driver, gesturing him to stop, but to no avail, the heedless, depraved psycho continued to drive!
