I have been married to Amanda Gates for 6 years, this is the third non violent restraining order she has filed. Through our six years together I have never been abusive or volent, we had an argument, she got mad and filed a restraining order. Amanda has called me multiple times since she filed for the restraining order, I never took one call from her, I never went to the house and I nerver tried calling her.
I am the father of two childern whom I love very much. I have never endangered my children nor my wife. However, this being the third time she has placed a restraining order on me in which she has dropped all priors within a month of her filing. I was not able to see my children, sleep in my own bed and have had to beg and barter for a place to stay. I have even had to sleep in my truck. I recently graduated from college with honors, I am 100% disabled and she has taken all of the money out of our bank account each time she has restrained me from home and seeing my children. There is absolutly no reason for this. Therefore I petition this restraining order be dropped.
