I live in the country and our current provider is Frontier. This company is HORRIBLE!! They charge you out the butt and give you poor quality services. Our internet is SLOWER than dial up. I was a previous customer with Suddenlink who's services that I absolutely LOVED. I've asked people around to see if they would like their services too. I reached out to the Public Service Commission in Charleston WV and they asked Suddenlink if/when they would be coming to our area. The response that I got was basically saying that Suddenlink was not coming to our area because they didn't have the funds ($400,000.00+) which would require 3100 ft of cable to be ran. I only live 1.5 miles away and from where the services ends. There is already cable from a previous company that was bought out from Charter at the time that is running through these back roads that are still good. I would like to ask all of you, not just the folks that live out my way, but everyone that is in the hollars, backwoods and dirt roads that has Frontier if you would like to have better services at better cost to please sign my petition to hopefully (GOD willing) we get services that is better than the ones we have for a better cost!
