We, the People, of this World, United, demand, that you take immediate, corrective actions, by firing, this accountable, responsible, City of Louisville, Kentucky, Government, Housing Authority, Director, Timothy Barry.
On August 4, 2017 the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Office of the Inspector General, wrote this HUD Audit Report, 2017-AT-2010.
This HUD, Office of the Inspector General, Audit Report, was written, caused by all of this City of Louisville, Kentucky, numerous, low-income, HUD Section 8, Choice Voucher, rents assistance, recipients, People, Families, Single Mothers, Pregnant Women, Disabled, Military Veterans.
Who complained, that this accountable, responsible, City Government, Housing Authority Director, Timothy Barry, is wantonly, imminently threatening, endangering, their lives, health, in this City, multi-family, Slumlords, apartments.
Caused by these serious health hazards, known, asbestos, carbon monoxide, lead based paint, black molds, mycotoxins, bio-hazardous, human, rodents, feces, urine, infectious, bacteria, fungi, diseases.
That are known to cause, aggravate to cause, serious, permanent, physical, mental, health, harms, deaths, especially, to all of these Children, Infants, Newborns, Unborn.
Who this City Housing Authority, Director, is inspecting, to fraudulently, Pass, not to Fail, all of these hundreds of Slumlords, buildings, apartments, that blatantly, violates, this City, HUD, housing, health, codes, violations.
Why they complained to this City, Housing Authority, Director, and requesting to be removed, relocated, because if they vacate, broke their leases, that they shall be court evicted, lose their Section 8 rents assistances, forever, and shall be hopelessly, homeless.
This City Government, Housing Authority, Director, wantonly, purposely, did not remove, relocate, all of these sickened, low-income, People, and continues, to wantonly, expose, endanger, imminently threaten, to cause their physical, mental, harms, and of these complaints, who is known to have caused deaths.
This prompted, the HUD Office of the Inspector General, to investigate, this City, Housing Authority, Director, and to conduct this unprecedented, on-site, inspections.
Whom the HUD Office of the Inspector General, discovered, that all of these numerous, City, low-income, People's, complaints, are true, and correct.
That all of these hundreds, of falsified, City, HUD, housing, health, codes, violations, inspections, was to defraud HUD, and why the HUD Office of the Inspector General, ordered this City, Housing Authority, Director, to pay HUD for these 100 apartments, inspections frauds, $65.000.00 dollars.
Who informed this City Housing Authority, Director, that if he continued to falsify, this HUD Inspections Reports, that he shall defraud HUD for $20.5 million dollars, annually.
Later, the HUD Office of the Inspector General, continued to receive these same complaints, who discovered, that this City Housing Authority, continues, to wantonly, expose, imminently threaten, endanger, hundreds, of this City, low-income, People's, lives, health's, today.
Who continues to cause these never-ending, vicious, cycles, of wanton, felonious, endangerments, wanton, felonious, reckless homicides, grievous injustices, crimes against humanity, 1st Amendment, Civil, Human, Rights, violations.
Why this greedy, corrupt, criminal, profiteering, unconsconsionable, unscrupulous, racist, bigot, tyrant, dictator, oppressor, overlord, City, Housing Authority, Director, was not fired, prosecuted, is because of this City Mayor, for these obvious, reasons.
