Ebay have decided that hobby sellers should be rated and labelled as 'standard', when they have high % positive feedback. If a buyer is unreasonable and refuses to return an item they don't want, it seems that the seller is penalised and told they are accountable. As far as I can see , there was no consultation or warning. Please ask Ebay to reconsider the way they treat both private and business sellers, after all, without sellers, there can be no buyers.
