At this point in time where he faces the absurdity of an abstract accusation founded on surveillance cameras' footage, it casts considerable doubt on the accurate portrayal of the incident:

Without knowing the exact, audible, verbal and physical interactions and what transpired between the plaintiff and the defendant prior to the alleged act of molestation, Mark's behavior was taken out of context based solely on the visual portrayal of his actions on surveillance camera footage.

The dubious nature of this case exhibit which is used as an "incriminating piece of evidence", is then combined with a pre-existing bias towards the protection of Women in our predominantly conservative society, where the accusations, statements and testimonials made by the plaintiff had been given the presumption of being a valid, truthful, and unfalsifiable piece of evidence.

With the abovementioned points negating each piece of evidence and testimonials made against Mark, it casts considerable doubt to his alleged molestation of the plaintiff.

I ask that Your Honor take into consideration of the abstract and debatable nature of the evidence, and acquit the defendant from all charges as of today.
