Ban Puppy mills in State of Iowa


          Puppy mills are guilty of animal abuse and neglect!
Let us send a clear message to our Government officials that we will no longer stand by and allow these people to abuse and neglect these animals. These puppy breeders need to be shut down and charged with animal abuse and/or neglect!

         To Bill Northey,
               Dogs are not livestock!  Your State has many puppy breeders who are running puppy mills. The enclosed petition signers urge you to end this method of breeding. These breeders are guilty of animal abuse and cruelity!
