Changing the wrongs in the Texas Child Protective Services

The major problems that I see in the, (S.A), Texas Child Protective Services that are truly bothersome and do not give the feeling of a secure and definite system is;  1). When an agent already believes that you are guilty before any sufficient evidence, 2). Being or given the right or opportunity to view any and all documents such as the inquiries of support for the alleged accusation, for example, how many people were asked for information on the alleged accusations, 3). Most importantly are the following 2 reasons. the first being that the agent is alowed to give the accused an oral drug test but yet drives around with it all day until the end of the day, (supposedly), so how can one be sure that the agent did not hamper with your test. (Especially if they already believed you are guilty).
It is not like a lab where are staff members each with individual tasks in giving and/or handling your drug test.  And, 3). If they have the authoruty to come and disrupt my family and seperate us, Then they should be carrying with them at all times a video/cam recorder just as the police have only the agents will have hand held ones, (of course). And if there are any uncertainties then the accused should have the right to view the taped interview, conferences and all other interactions with the agent.   4). It is almost impoosible to get in contact or hear back from the agent invovled in your case. And even worse is when there is a reason to believe and you are require to do whatever classes, then the agent should immediately give a designated definite day/time for the actions to begin so that the children can return home as soon as possible.
