This petition is to assist terminally ill children trying to breathe... and trying to survive as long as possible with Cystic Fibrosis.  One of the most necessary pieces of equipment to assist in improving lung function is a breathing machine.  Without the assistance of this machine there are many, many hospital stays with vicious lung infections that cause permanent lung damage and eventually death. 

What kind of Medicaid system denies coverage to terminally ill child?
