The stray dogs that wandered on the streets and residential areas due to be abandoned, not because of their own desires. It's not their fault. Mostly their owner left them on the street because they do not want to be responsible anymore, while the government did not enforce rules relating to registration of the ownership of pets and pet care obligations. Don't only blame on their population and use the rabies issue as the reason to murder all the stray dogs.
Therefore, we urge you and your team to cooperate with the local Animal Welfare Groups to solve the stray dogs issue in humanely. Find better solution such as enforce the spay and neuter mandatory and punishable by law to the pet owner who abandoned their dogs on the street in the future.
Stop the murdering of stray dogs.
