Led Zeppelin was the greatest band of their time. After all these years they still have a strong fan base, even the younger generation who did not get to experience them when they were touring. To have that strong of an impact says alot about the music they made. A star would be a fitting tribute to the musicians that came together as Led Zeppelin.

I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Ahmet Artegun Tribute concert in Dec. 2007 at the O2 Arena in London and saw with my own eyes the most endeared, respected and loved Rock n' Roll band of all time - Led Zeppelin. It was the most magical experience of my life - flying to London from the U.S., meeting other Zeppelin fans from all over the world; people I'd never met - complete strangers, but the pure love and bond we all felt and the way Led Zeppelin brought us together.... I can't put it into words. Jimmy/Robert/Jonesy, not sure you'll ever see this but in the small chance you may... please reconsider your position on having the Led Zeppelin star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame you so deserve.
