Since I can not sign the petition Repeal The Death Penalty In Illinois

Why should my hard earned tax money go to support guilty killers? Yes we may have some innocent people but on the other hand most are guilty little demons who would kill you!! Yes you!! They need to advance in Science and find better ways to detect liars. Such as the new MRI could be used. Implanted chips at birth could also track and document all and any person's whereabouts and could also be used to prove guilt or innocence. If we do not advance in science MORE innocent people will die. Support, fund and advance. If we do nothing that is what we will get, Nothing! Sign if you agree. This could be so easy if we just advanced in Science. All newborns should be implanted. It would save so much time, money, taxes and cut down on crime! If they knew they were tracked and watched they most likely WOULD NOT COMMIT THE CRIME. We have the power to change the future. You can change it or you can live in this Hell.
