SAVE DOGS IN VENEZUELA!!!

I should be begged to take action on the cessation of killing dogs in Venezuela. Pitbul breed dogs, Amstaff, Staffordshire bull breeds and related to them, are killed as dangerous.
This is what is passed by parliament and signed by President Hugo Chavez's law on the protection of domestic fauna.
But this is not the protection of fauna and home this is not protecting anyone. It is unjust and unlawful destruction of living beings. Beings such as humans, just different looking. DOGS INCLUDING BEINGS Needing warmth and love. ONLY  WE CAN GIVE IT THEM.
Rescue Service, NOT LEAD TO carnage. Liquidate COMBAT ILLEGAL DOG, BUT DOGS ARE Harmless. PEOPLE DO NOT DO THEM monsters, and NOT ONE ANYONE weight.
Citizens of Venezuela do not want such legislation. The downside of the rules, which require them to kill their friends. Venezuela wants to live with them in peace and harmony, which should be the LAW. Venezuela wants, after all the good citizens and want their opinion mattered.
Dogs do not kill anyone, however, as evidenced by the speakers about 14 thousands of dogs killed recently and the fact that dogs are not killed a single person.
Moreover, contributed to the support of many sick, needy people. Helped the children, which is very easy to attach and refer to them a very good relationship.
Venezuela as people being killed, which exist for centuries. Friends kill a man. And so in a manner worthy of the greatest condemnation.
Therefore, I ask here is to amend the Act, suspend and prohibit the killing of dogs pitbul, Amstaff, Staffordshire bull and related industries.
