Stop abuse of animals left behind at foreclosed homes

  Everyday there are more and more animals left behind in foreclosed homes,these animals are expected to care for themselves.how?can they when these animals have become so dependant upon humans for their meer survival care for themselves.What an obsured ideaof thinking on the part of these homeowners.They should face severe punishment for abandoning these animals to fend for theeirselves.The homeowner took on the responsobility of carining for them when they brought them to their home.And it is not their fault the homeowner has been foreclosed on.So on behalf of these abused animals be their voicecontact your local senators and represenatives and urge them to pass a law or bill to give severe penalties to people who leave these animals behind.You and I have a voice and a way to make this happen .the pen is mighter than the sword.
