CPS fails children ! They fail because of state gidelines.
No child should ever have to live in a home where they are bullied,meantaly,emotionaly abused or harassed by a parent who doesn't want them.
PLEASE SIGN THIS SO WE CAN TRY TO MAKE A CHANGE
But according to CPS this is a hard thing to be able to help a child with because the state has guidelines set that they have to follow and the state apparently doesn't think this is serious
We have kids kill themselves everyday because they are bullied, and the state thinks its ok for a parent to do this to their child and it doesn't have the same resault? Wehave kids who run away drink and turn to drugs because of this type of abuse at home at the hands of their own parent.
It is time to say ENOUGH if a child calls CPS for help they need to be heard and get the help they need.
How hard is it to realize after the third phone call there is a problem and that child should have the right to go to a realitive untill it gets checked out.
I am writing this necause I am going through this with my own grandaughter and have found how little help there is foe her
Her step mother hates her because she doesn't like the mother.When she entered into this marriage she never planed on having to raise my grandaughter , but when the mother failed to take care of her the father got her.Now the life the step mom dreamed of is not what she got and my grandaughter pays the price.
Complaints have been filed with CPS several times the police no help.What did happen is the phone was removed from the home and the parents only have cell phones that she can't access and CPS can't put any of this togeather as a problem and the state doesn't see a problem.
I guess when she runs away starts to drink turns to drugs or worse ,it will be because she is just another bad kid
