Make school shooting threats a federal offense!!

    We need to wake up America! We can not let another day go by where we are not charging these individuals with a FEDERAL OFFENSE when they threaten to shoot up a school, or cause casualty or injury to students at an educational institution. Sign this petition to make the mere threat a federal offense and ban that individual from ANY educational institutions property!!!
