Should Channel 5 be investigated regarding the removal of Lewis Flanagan???

Channel 5 removed Hm Lewis Flanagan after a comment made which he has fully owned up too. This has caused many responses it concerns me as they seem to unjustified giving not public explanation it’s a programme for viewers to decide.
