Improve Air Canada Services and End Overcharging Fees

Several passengers vent their repugnance for Air Canada. the
service is terrible and people working there never behave
professionally and not willing help. A competent airline (1) would not have let you to book that kind of
connection in the first place (they should know that you have to go
thru customs and therefore should take the later flight, an hour
later) and (2) would put you on a priority for the next flight from
Toronto to Montreal, given that you are coming from a 12-hour flight. Lost Luggage happens sometimes but not often. Air Canada leaves baggage behind intentionally. Air Canada can overcharge fees to their costumers like they did to our Canadian Heroes these year 2014 which was Un-Canadian. They need to stop overcharging these fees. The Air Canada Services has to be improve so nothing like these happens again. its time for a Mandatory law that will make it illegal to overcharge costumers
