Please sign and share this petition in an effort to get this man charged for traveling with more than 80 exotic and endangered animals that were all stuffed in a suitcase! The animals were discovered when the guy was going through customs!

A 44-year old Mexican man who was traveling from Mexico City to Barcelona and passing through German customs was discovered with a suitcase filled with numerous endangered animals. When changing planes, customs officials who e-rayed the bag in Frankfort found 55 turtles, 30 arboreal alligator lizards, four horned vipers and a five-keeled spiny-tailed iguana. One of the animals believed to be worth more than $80,000 was already dead.

The animals all appeared to be taped and immobilized for the travels, confined in this suitcase, causing the demise of one of the animals. This is such inhumane treatment of animals and this guy needs to be held accountable!! He is being investigated by Frankfurt prosecutors on suspicion of violating the international Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species and Germany's animal protection laws. He should be charged accordingly for these violations as well as animal abuse and cruelty to animals!

German Authorities and Frankfurt Prosecutors- You need to throw the book at this guy who transported all those endangered animal species in his suitcase. He obviously was transporting them illegally or he would not have stuffed them in a suitcase without food, water and proper air!! Photos show that the animals all appeared to be taped and immobilized, traveling in such inhumane conditions! Please ensure this guy is punished for violating the international Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species and Germany's animal protection laws along with animal cruelty and abuse!!
