FOR Parents "ATTORNEY GENERAL IS A FRAUD"

As a single mother and going through a rough time I went to ask for assistance with Texas Health and Human Services asking for benefits( FOOD STAMPS, TANF, MEDICAID). They tell me that I have to open a case with ATTORNEY GENERAL to ask for child support. The catch was that if I get TANF and MEDICAID the child support that the NON- CUSTODIAL PARENT pays will go to the STATE. Why do we have to pay back the assistance we get from Texas Health and Human Services with our child support. My question is why do we pay back? When families meaning husband and wife apply for benefits(FOODSTAMPS,TANF,MEDICAID) they do not pay back they go to classes. Really classes! I rather go to classes than give all that money to the state. I do not think its fair for custodial parents that need that help meaning child support from the non- custodial and the states stay with it because of the benefits the custodial parent ask when they were in need. Please sign my petition so The Secretary of State can make a change on this matter.

Why does The Attorney General say that the money the Non-Custodial Parent sends for child support will be paid to the state because of the assistance the Custodial parent received from The Texas Health and Human Services years ago? My question is how does the Family meaning husband and wife pay back for all those benefits they received all those years? By going to classes. Really classes! I prefer going to classes than giving all that money to they state for services that I asked when I was in need because the Non- custodial parent was not helping at that time. The Attorney General should be asking the Non- Custodial Parent to pay for those benefits the Custodial parent asked when they weren’t complying instead of getting it from the child support. Please sign this petition to get this matter in The Secretary of State hands and change it. Thank You.
