This is a petition for Rep. Chad McCoy of Nelson County to lead an impeachment of Governor Andy Beshear. As House Majority Whip with a Republican majority, McCoy is one of the most powerful men in the legislature and has been listed along with four others as having the most influence in the congress. The people of Nelson County will accept nothing short of impeachment. Beshear has violated the 1st amendment of the US Constitution by prohibiting the free exercise of religion. He has violated section 2 of the KY Constitution that says no arbitrary rules shall be made over the life, liberty or property of freemen.
Any efforts short of impeachment will not be acceptable and McCoy or any other Republicans not willing to act will not be reelected by the people of Nelson County or Kentucky.
