Stop the unfair raising of HOA dues and spend our money on improving where we live

The monthly HOA fees are going sky high and the budget is not being looked at carefully. They are raising the fees instead of sitting down and being smart about the budget. When asked in a previous meeting what happened to the money from 2015 that was to roll over to 2016 there was no answer or response.
