Upgrading my studies am really down

My dad died in 2004 and am having 10 siblings but my mom was supposed to hustle so that to cater for all of us and couldn't have time for us
Since I was born in 2000 am 19yrs old now but mom couldn't even go ahead to cater for the school fees because we are many at home so I branched and did a course of Accountancy just a certificate then she told me she has no money for me to upgrade so I really want in fact I really need someone to help me and upgrade my studies I cry times to times but no one get to hear out my screams am lonely and hopeless about my future lookalike
