ASKING TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE EDUCATIONAL REFORM IN MEXICO

BECAUSE THE "NEW" EDUCATIONAL REFORM ESTABLISH THAT THE BOOKS HAVE TO BE BOUGHT BY PARENTS (THERE ARE SO MANY POOR PEOPLE IN MEXICO), BESIDES THE MANTEINEMENT OF THE BUILDING AND WATER, LIGHT AND TELEPHONE BILLS HAVE TO BE PAID BY PUPILS AND PARENTS.
