Brian Weatherley, age 31, has taken a SECOND life due to negligent driving.
The first life was a mother and a wife back in 2009. Weatherley pretty much got a slap on the wrist and was sent on his way.
His second victim was a tow truck worker yesterday afternoon 5/25/2017 at around 3:30pm. Weatherley was in a vehicle that was not owned by him, under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, wrecklessly speeding around a corner striking Thomas Flayhart as he was hitching a disabled vehicle. Thomas was airlifted to shock trauma and taken into emergency surgery around 5pm and was pronounced dead at 6:55pm.
This man was driving under the influence as well during the first incident, and these families need and deserve justice.
