On January 8, 1978 JOHN ERROL FERGUSON murdered two high school students that were very much loved and adored by all that knew them. Jury trial commenced on September 27, 1978. On October 7, 1978, the defendant was found guilty of the first degree murders of Brian Glenfeld and Belinda Worley; armed sexual battery of Belinda Worley; armed robbery of Brian Glenfeld; attempted armed robbery of Belinda Worley; use of a firearm during the commission of a felony; and the two counts of possession
of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was sentence to death by execution but the courts keep letting this murder file appeal after appeal. It is time this cold hearted unremorseful murderer pay for his crimes by execution as the court ordered. Let's bring justice and closure to the families and friends of Brian and Belinda. Tell our president and governor to carry out John Ferguson death sentence. He has been milking the system at tax payers expense for 30 years. We the people need to speak out and demand that the stonewalling by Ferguson be stopped and his death sentence be carried out as ordered by our justice system.
