Stop Cruel Treatment of Vieux Carre' (French Quarter-New Orleans) use of equine.

    Horses are used to drive tourist around the City of New Orleans, even during the sweltering heat of the summer months in this city. The "droppings" basket just does not catch all the droppings and causes the unsafe and unclean condition in our French Quarter and throughout the city.
