Urge Australian army to humanely capture feral cats

Recently, it was discovered feral cats had broken into an endangered bilby reserve in Queensland, Australia. A troop of army sharpshooters were sent into a stretch of forest and were permitted to shoot any feral cat spotted. It's believed there was a cat in almost every tree. Over 400 cats were killed.

These cats are being killed for their common instincts. Cats kill mice. Common fact. If a cat is in the wild and desperate for food, they will kill. The cats should not be so harshly punished.

Sign this petition to urge the Australian army to use humane traps rather than shooting these cats straight out.
