Save Your Community-Don't Let Your Community Manager Take Advantage of You

The Community Manager and Corporate office cannot legally treat you any differently because of signing this or any other petition or complaint!

As most have already heard, your lot rent will be increasing a minimum of $20 when you go in to sign your new lease. Why? I haven't found one person that really knows. What does this community offer you that justifies them to raise the lot rent? For those of you who rent both the home and the lot, are you aware that they are now renting 3 bedroom homes out for $495 now instead of the $550-600 you may be paying? For the exact same size home with the same amenities! Now they are raising your rent to make up for what they are losing on those homes. The first snow of the year has fallen. Where are the sand/salt buckets that have always been available? Why are the roads not plowed properly and in a timely fashion? Why does the office manager never answer the phones. Why is there not an on site after hours/emergency phone number for someone on site, only one who does not live close by? Is your water frozen? Your community manager states that it is not a priority. Laurie is not in anybody's best interest. She is only concerned for herself. You're late on rent, she will call your place of employment looking for your rent money because HER BONUS depends on it. Why does she get a bonus? The office is never open and if it is she is too hungover to help anyone. Let's stop this madness. Either leave our lot rent alone, or get rid of the problem child and find someone capable of doing her job. We need everyone to come together in this matter in order to make a difference. If we are going to pay an increase, shouldn't we be paying for a safer, cleaner, friendlier community with the money?
