**Petition to deny parole for Nathanael Justin McIntosh**

Target:
Parole Board
Sponsored by:

Update: Justin is up for parole again in November 2009. Please keep this petition going!!

On November 30, 2002 Nathanael Justin McIntosh brutally murdered my niece, his daughter, Jasmine Danae McIntosh. Jasmine was only 12 weeks old at the time of her violent, painful death. In those short 12 weeks, Jasmine endured more pain, hatred and fear than most of us ever will and it was all at the hands of Justin.

After a year and a half of waiting, Justin was finally sentenced to 10 yrs. in prison, not nearly enough time in our eyes. After serving only 3.5 years, Justin is up for parole in November 2007.

Jasmine was only here for a short time and we miss and grieve her daily. She was a daughter, a sister, a niece, a cousin and a granddaughter. Our family has been completely devastated as a result of Justin's cruel actions and we will never be the same. Please help us keep this violent criminal behind bars, not only for Jasmine, but also to keep him from hurting or killing another small, innocent child.

Update: On November 8, 2007 parole for Nathanael Justin McIntosh was denied! We would like to keep this petition going, so that when he comes up for parole again (Nov. 2008), the number of signatures has grown. We would like to thank everyone who signed this petition and those that will do so. We strongly believe that all of you helped and will help to, keep him behind bars. At the hearing Justin showed no remorse for what he did to Jasmine and came in to the room smiling and laughing. Please continue to sign and forward this petition, we have to keep him behind bars!

Update: On November 6, 2008 parole for Justin was once again denied. We'd like to thank everyone for their support. He again showed no remorse for what he did and he and his family treated the hearing as though it were a joke. Again I ask that you keep this petition going. I want you to know that you are making a difference!! Thank you and god bless!

3 yrs is way to short for the life of an innocent child

It is disgusting that our judicial system would value a childs life at so little that he only received 10yrs, and to be able to ask for parole yearly. Keep him behind bars, more that what he deserves.

We are speaking for a child who couldn't. This man should never be able to have his freedom.

I am appauled at the sentencing of this case! Killing a baby!!!! 10 years??? That is absolutly unbelievable! And they considered parole??? In my eyes he is the worst killer you could possibly have in the streets. He killed an innocent, helpless, baby? Not only that, he can kill his own family... How heartless do you have to be to do such a thing? If you are able to kill your own flesh & blood.... he wouldnt so much as flinch on others family & loved ones. This guy needs to stay in prison! for everyone's safety. DO NOT PAROLE JUSTIN MCINTOSH!

a person that could demonstrate such brutality should never be trusted to control his mental and phiysical actions.

Anyone who could do such a thing has nothing good to offer this world and in my opinion rotting in jail forever still isn't enough

My daughter was the best friend to the victims mother and knew the child. It saddens me to see someone that has PTSD and commet robery have to serve 12 years in prison while a murderer only get 10 years.

I saw how hard this was on Jasmines family. It has not been long enough for a man to walk free after killing a 12 week old baby! Pleas do not let him out. If he could do tis to his own child it could happen again to another child.
