Amanda Fitzgerald am asking for visitation of my child Madison Kaylynn Merrell. I am currently in The 23rd judicial drug court and under restrictions. Therefore I'm not able to leave the 23rd judicial district only on certain occasions. I have been paying child support since December of 2015. I send the amount of $65 a week. I pay by checks for it to be on record. It is stated in my court papers that I am to have visitation with my child Madison and they have disagreed to bring my child to see me.
It is stated in the papers that I am to pick Madison up for visits and I have even offered to come get her but they deny for me to be able to do so. Even when I call I hardly get to speak with her I am limited on phone calls due to my program so I can only call at certain times and they don't allow me to speak with her. I am Allowed visitations through my program on Saturdays and Sundays for 5 hrs. I have seen her one time since I have been in the program. It is also stated that I am to have supervised visits, the visitations are supervised at the house that I live in. I have people that live in Dickson county that are more than willing to get me transportation to make sure it happens for me to see her.
So I would like to petition the court to make sure it is court ordered that I get to see my child Madison. I am trying to get these visitations so I can build my relationship back with my daughter. I've got 6 months sober. I take 3 drug test a week in order to be in this program. It is and 18 month program. I am ordered to work a full-time job of at least 40 hrs a week I have had 2 jobs for the amount of 6 mths. My child support has stayed consistent since I have been getting my paychecks.
