Mr. Cooper Mortgage (AKA Northstar Morgage) is known to be less than accommodating to its customers. There are so many bad reviews and lawsuits. A close family has been hit by the unjust and unfair treatment from this company. They have been thrown into foreclosure by this company even though every payment has been on time and Mr. Cooper has said everything has been done correctly. Now their home hangs by a thread. The home that was purchased to accommodate the owners father in his last part of life. The house that has become this families home is now being taken by this company as part of a bully type situation. The owners father was a WWII Vet who served to fight for the freedom of all of us, sad to say even that of the very ones that are taking away the freedom of his family.
