Plantation Shutters by Illegal and Criminal Immigrants

This is our chance to raise our voices about the injustice of illegal immigrants.  While we all understand that it is near impossible to track them all down and ask them all to leave, this petition was started because of a particular issue.  There is a man named Santos Ajucum, whom is an illegal and criminal immigrant in the state of Florida.  He had given false information about his identity to the company he worked for, and when homeland showed up to check citizens for valid citizenship, they told him his illegal status prevented him from working in the United States.  Even after he was told he may not work in the United States, he then decided to open a competing business in the same county, in America, and began to charge the lowest prices possible by hiring illegals to work in his warehouse and offering unheard of prices in the plantation shutter industry.  This man was allowed to open a business in this area and steal business from an American company without any repercussions for his actions.  Aside from this fact, many attempts to have the business closed down due to his status as an illegal criminal immigrant, were completely ignored and pushed to the side.  This is the biggest reason for the start of this petition.

Then after doing further research on this man, it was uncovered that he also had a very long list of criminal indiscretions.  Some of the charges included Fraud, DUI and many failures to appear in court, find them all at http://www.plantationshuttersflabyillegals.com/criminal-record.html. It cannot be said enough that this man, like many other illegal immigrants, should not be able to roam free in my town or country.   

What you might ask is, "why wasn't he deported?"  Well that is why this petition and the above mentioned website were created, for raising awareness about illegal and criminal immigrants and what they can do that we Americans cannot.  For the amount of charges this man has sustained as an illegal immigrant, a legal immigrant would have had a much different experience and probably would have had to fight for any shred of freedom they could find.  Our legal system is not designed to allow you many chances to break the law! Why is this illegal immigrant allowed to break the law this many times and still roam free in our streets?  This is completely against our countries principles in which we are supposed to stand on.  We complain on News casts, Social media and to government agencies about these illegal immigrants and yet nothing is being done.    

Another huge concern is that illegal immigrants are driving around with no license, no insurance and not a single person is aware of this until or unless they are in a collision.  At this point you find out that the person who hit you did not have insurance to cover the damages that you or your vehicle might have sustained. This is such a big problem and it causes legal citizens to have higher insurance premiums to cover these indiscretions.  Ajucum has been charged with a DUI traffic incident with bodily injury / drugs.  He is not the only illegal immigrant who has caused an accident this severe and injured someone or himself badly.  The bottom line is that this should not even be a concern that Americans should have to live with.  There should be absolutely no illegals on the road whether intoxicated or not. It should not become a problem of an American Citizen who earns an honest and legal wage to have to spend money on something that should not have been done at all.

Our country needs our help with people like Santos Ajucum and many of the thousands of other illegal and criminal immigrants who are reaping the benefits of our hard earned country.  We should not welcome an illegal immigrant to come to our country and give them access to our benefits without taxation.  We need to stop rolling out the welcome mat and realize that our good heartedness is going to cause us more bad than good.  While this is only one of many incidents, we need to make sure that we stick together to win back our rights or why should we care about the rules?  How can you govern a nation in which you are only handing out consequences to the citizens and not the illegal immigrants who have crossed our borders illegally?  We used to be a company that believed in law and the people, let’s make sure our government knows that we are not pleased with how situations like Ajucum or any of the thousands of other illegal immigrants are being handled. If this truly is a democracy still, then your people are speaking out.
