Remove the multi-occupancy rental agreement immediately

The multi-occupancy leasing agreement at no 7 Aston Terrace, has continually appealed to undesirable people who have presented with anti-social behaviour causing significant upset and distress to the other residents of the Estate. As such, the police and emergency services have been called on several occasions, including an armed incident whereby one of the occupants was attacked with a machete by another occupant, wasting thousands of pounds of tax money. Not only this, but regular incidents of illicit substance misuse and the supply of said substances has impacted heavily on the image the estate has effecting house prices and, more seriously, the welfare of the children on the estate. We the residents of the Astons wish to express our serious concern in this matter and request the immediate removal of the multi-occupancy leasing licence, and the subsequent removal of the residents of number 7.
