Water pipeline to keep food growing in drought states

There should be a pipeline or aquaduct that transports water from the States that flood and transports the water to States that dont have enough water.  How many homes can be saved from flooding?  How many insurance and natural disaster dollars can be utilized elsewhere?  This pipeline would create jobs... jobs to build it and then the jobs to maintain it... The states that the water gets sent to would create more agricultural jobs because they could grow more crops.  Once you are growing more food it would have a trickle down effect because you would need more employees in every aspect of harvesting, production, transporting, and selling the additional crops.

Water is our most precious resource and so much of our economy depends on the water table levels.  Most people dont understand how it affects them directly but when prices go up at the grocery stores and you cannot water your lawns, or there is no water in the lake for you to go swim and fish, when the food you need to put on the dinner table cannot be grown, when you turn on the tap and no water comes out then you will understand.

We have the ability to divert that water and make it a win-win situation for so many States.  We have the ability to help save people from loosing everything they have worked for due to flooding.  We have the ability to create jobs and get water to States that have no water.  We have the ability to produce more food for our citizens.   We have the ability to make a change so please sign.
