Your opinion was this torture

Well first of all it's mostly your opinion that I'm looking for so if you believe what happened to me would be a malice Act and torture please sign us... I'm going to try to make this as blunt as possible now 1999 I had an accident I had a fuel tank blow up on me impact with my left temple I wasn't even going to go to the hospital I didn't realize how bad it was until I got to the hospital that's Baptist Hospital on Kendall Drive and 87th Avenue in Miami Florida now August of 2002 the day before I was there I was having severe pain and I didn't have no medication so I went to the hospital the nurse put me in a room and about 2 hours I waited I called her a bunch of times and she kept saying well I'll be there in 5 minutes and then they called Security on me because I booked the nurse I guess well that's how they are hospitals down here.... but then again they already had an attitude towards me because when you have migraines constantly a lot of noise bugs the hell out of you but on August I believe it was a fourth my memories not doing so well right now I went to baptist hospital I think a little bit after 12 in a very severe Epileptic shock they gave me the usual Cortisone and some of the shot and the doctor that I was on duty then he's had CBN elliptic let the shock before but this one was a very severe one and when he passed my bed which I was in the front part of the hospital I told them this is not like the other ones this is a lot worse my neck was swollen to where I could barely breathe well my back was swollen all of me it was swollen so he took me to the back part of the hospital emergency room put me in a room I believe the doctor was so call dr. Patricia Hernandez and the reason I know that is I went there a few years ago and the chief medical doctor on staff that they because I was freaking out from being there told me she's not here anymore. Doctor does not work here you can calm down and she said Patricia he said Richard Hernandez so I figured that's the doctor. Tried to kill me besides most of the stuff that was going with it now I know they could have stopped shaking and the shit in my pants and they could have loaded my heartbeat with medication but the only thing they did was put me in that room and leave me there my mother got there my dad was in the front room he didn't know nothing that was going on no one told him nothing first of all no my mom when she got off of work I think she showed up there at about 4:45 and started screaming at the nurses and the doctors which she knows them all then you owe me now at the time while I was in that room I I shit on myself so instead of cleaning me up they took my pants pulled them down to my knees open the door in the room and all the sudden you see all the staff members coming in making comments right in front of me one of them is fat one that's sick calls himself a nurse he's actually drunk goes I seeing me cafe on all the time he's a cute one some freak I call them at least that's what I call all of them now except for one at gym that are actually nice that have some kind of conscience put on with my story knowing they could have stopped me from shaking off the bed 12 inches and knowing they could have brought my heart beat down cuz that one time it was that stayed at 230 and 240 at the top the least a few times I looked at it in about 4-5 hours of sitting there like that they could have at least made me more comfortable cuz I've been at the let the shop before and they have stopped it in a matter of 15-20 minutes..... but hey I'm not a doctor but I can sure tell you my story and those that are they won't even talk about it with me cousin all don't um right...... there's a lot of days I wish they would have just killed me that day and study put me through it what they put me through I was 35 years old I own my own company it wasn't doing so well since my accident but I was still keeping it together and keeping it running even though I was taking medication for pain I was doing my job and I was work everyday I just dealing with my pain and dealing with everything that came with my job with running a trucking company and being the mechanic from not going to say how many trucks but it wasn't just one and making sure everything runs perfect and then going home and doing paperwork for about 4 hours before I even thought about doing anything that was that was my day seven days a week even though I did had that through time blow up on me I don't think that thing did anything but give me the migraines unfortunately I started once a pain manager doctors which all they wanted was the money and it would prescribe yeah anything but then again if you have money in Miami you can have anything done and I'm talking about anything I know that for a fact cuz I've got bribed the congressman one time and it wasn't for nothing big it was just to see if they take the money and he took it and he did what I asked that's how pathetic they are down...... now after my mom got there in Scream that everybody for a little.... ... even though every staff member every nurse new about the injury that I had a 99 with a fuel tank and they all knew that I possibly had a piece of metal in my left temple and I mean every. And every nurse knew that for a fact and it was in the computer and it was records medical records........ no I don't know how many people out there know what an MRI machine does but you don't want to put somebody in the MRI machine with any type of foreign body in any part of their body especially not their head I know a nurse that had a tattoo done and from that tattoo she was put in an MRI machine and well after she was put in an MRI machine either that use the bad needle or something but it always feels funny at least that's what she told me... well at approximately 5:35 5:36 p.m. they put me in the MRI machine I was incoherent I could barely speak if I wasn't so incoherent I would have not let me let them put me in there....... after 27 minutes of being in there which was one of the most the lady that is doing the MRI machine she pulled my cat scan because she's need something was wrong and she said I had a a foreign body in my left and they took me out there after 27 minutes but they kept me in the room the only thing she said some miracle you're alive... now they open the door that goes out to the lobby and I saw a bunch of people out there and no trying to stay out of the doorway now wonder why why couldn't I come in there connect me to heartbeat monitor had me sit real doctor right away but I stayed in that room at least an hour no one told my mother anything or my father the lady of the technician of the MRI machine she told me don't move stay in the bed I want to sit sit in the in a chair but of course I got out of the bed and sat in the chair anyway especially after you told me it's a miracle you're alive then she says why do they keep doing this to me everyday the same thing I wonder how many people they screwed up and they don't even know it but they probably don't even know why but I'm familiar with MRI machines cats scans all these medical machines in test all the stuff..... I was always curious about the medical field but never really don't want it to be involved in it or work in a that type of work... now this petition is the facts of what happened that day that I can get enough people to sign this that somebody would actually do something about it... or I can get enough people with a a conscience to sign this petition............... now while I was in that room for about an hour the technician received a phone call now I'm incoherent I kind of knew would happen to me and what was going on but there was wasn't able to move or speak that much and I met everything was spinning my head hurt like crazy but after Russia receive that phone call she got a big brown envelope and started sticking she got a big brown envelope and started sticking sticking paperwork she made a copy of the CD then she received another phone call and I couldn't hear I know it was wanted I know it was I know it was wanted to I know it was one of the CEOs of the hospital in the manner she was speaking to them well after I don't know I guess that our so could have been longer they took me back to the room I was in where my mom was sitting there and I wasn't able to talk to it took me about a day to be able to tell her after I told my mom finally that they put me in the MRI after I told my mom finally that they put me in the MRI after I told my mom finally that they put me in the MRI machine and my mom she went and spoke to the technician the only thing that lady could say to her oh yes I know I know who your son is it's a miracle he's alive but that lady didn't have a conscience because she took all the paperwork and didn't care if I was alive or dead they took the paperwork and they change it to look like I was put in a cat scan machine it takes more than one person to change that paperwork I call it attempted murder I wish they would have murdered me because what I've what I've been through since that day in August in 2002 has been nothing but a living hell now I spent three days in at hospital as soon as they got me back into the room I was in in the emergency room they doped me up really quick and admitted me to the hospital which I saw 5 Dr the second I said MRI they left the room after 3 days they gave me a very large and prescription and discharge me like nothing happened now when I got home my mother wanted to take me to another hospital but I was so scared that they would just finish me off it took 3 days to convince me to go to another when she took me to Jackson Memorial Hospital the doctor that attended Was dr. Lee the chief corner now I bet she can't wait um laying on her table but anyway most of the time it's a real long wait to see a doctor at Jackson Memorial Hospital what dr. Lee I told her and explain to her I had a form body my left temple and they put me in the MRI machine I showed her the paperwork that I wasn't Baptist I showed her the paperwork that I wasn't I showed her the paperwork that I wasn't Baptist morial hospital and I showed her the paperwork that I wasn't Baptist morial hospital and Kendall I showed her the paperwork that I wasn't Baptist morial hospital and Kendall I showed her the paperwork that I was at Baptist Hospital on Kendall Drive three days earlier and I showed her the discharge papers from Baptist Hospital I show heard the discharge papers and she went to her computer for about five minutes made a phone call and had me thrown out of the hospital now that's mostly my story there's a lot more to it I could go much more into details but I'm writing a book that has every single doctor's name in it and is very much every second of what happened and every detail of what's happened to me and all these years and hopefully I don't die before I finished the book but one thing that is for sure the Department of Health my mom help me fill out the Complaint Form for that day in 2002 and August which I went to the Department of Health in Tallahassee in 2012 and I have out with they told me they never received not1 in all these years which is hard to believe because I have filled out over 30 of them things that have happened to me have been nightmares horrible but I will fill out another petition take it copy it and posted on Facebook Google Twitter last year I had President Barack Obama as my friend on the internet my stories been posted on the internet for quite some years I had the entire White House just about every congressman senator and representative of the State of Florida and the governor and Pam bonnet I 2013 when I went to Tallahassee I went to the governor's office and I sat down with two nice ladies and I don't speak that well sometimes after driving all night I told the story the best I could nice ladies that worked in the governor's office Governor Rick Scott well they told I look at it as attempted murder Act on my life but I was never asked not one question I've never heard back from that one person I was banned from LinkedIn cuz I put my story on there talk about a professional Network you actually have to pay to be on there and on top of that Indeed. Jobs search they stole that idea from me but besides all that please sign this petition think about this that technician that put me in the MRI machine actually told me why do they keep doing this to me how many people have been murdered and Department of Health helps them by not doing their job and taking bribes cuz they got to be taking bribes to cover up murders so please if you can understand part of my story that has been a nightmare sign this petition a maybe that Healthcare System might change or maybe something good will come out of it thank you God bless you I'm hope I'm still alive to see how humans sign this petition and please share a hug or a smile and get that funny feeling back for all the children of the Earth preserve the Earth for them and their future and the future of all human. kind
