Demand Buffalo radio station apologize to Polish-Americans!

Buffalo, New York radio station 97 Rock aired hours of Polish jokes on Monday, April 17 - a post-Lenten holiday known as Dyngus Day in the Polish community. 97 Rock's morning show personalities invited listeners to share Polish jokes both on air and through social media.

Eddy Dobosiewicz, president of Dyngus Day Buffalo, led a protest on Saturday, April 24. The group demanded an apology, threatening to boycott advertising otherwise.

Officials at Cumulus Media said they would "think about" an apology.

This should never have happened in the first place; but as it already did, the very least the radio station can do is offer a sincere apology for their insensitivity.
