Make Texting and Driving a Primary Law in Florida

    Currently in the state of Florida, texting while driving is a secondary offence. This means if an individual commits this crime, an officer is not authorized to pull him over for it. In order to be charged for this offence, it must coincide with a primary one. This is obviously a problem. because texting while driving increasing your chances of an accident by 23 percent. It also kills men women and even children. This is why this crime should become a primary offence in Florida.
