Secured Entrance Gate for PGW

Members of the Homeowners Association of Piney Grove Woods purchased their units based on the ammenities.  The Security Gate and Gated Community for most was the deciding factor.  Security is of the upmost importance.  We have had four breakins, several vehicals broken into, items stolen from garages and a car stolen from the complex.


As HOA members we demand entrance into the complex be by pass code or use of a remote only.  If the board cannot accomplish this we expect them to hire an installer to fix what we have or purchase one that is operational.
