Who has experienced a member of the public looking scornfully at your dog and saying "that dog should be on a lead! :0 " when dog-walking in a field or public park?
All dogs need a good..off-lead..run....especially Whippets & Greyhounds.
They're born to run!

This abuse can be a thing of the past....WE NEED A DOG PARK.
This would be good for dogs and their owners...and safe for general public too.
