Help Stop Discrimination and Make Shopping and Driving Legal in Texas

According to some elected officials and police this is a crime. If you drive in the state of Texas with out of state plates you just might get pulled over for shopping in to many places. There court records that shows how an officer admits to following a vehicle with 4 individuals in it. He states that the reason for him following it is because it has out of state plates. As the judge listens to this the officer even admits there was no traffic violation and he or they had any warrants. Two of the individuals were women but yet he had not called for a female officer in. So he takes it upon himself to put his hands on the female passengers(not reported by officer). He also admits to destroying evidence. The D.A. said that it was warrantless for this stop and the state had the burden so why did these people get put through the ringer. they were discriminated against because of where they live, how they shop as well as how many people they have with them.
